Dallas, Texas – ZerCareer founders, Elizabeth Fischer and Lisa Umbarger decided they were tired of people telling them that they “cared too much” at the office. ​ For the two creatives who had previously worked together, they had one too many conversations with other people that followed a dialogue pattern that went something like:
